End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and AssetManagement.global (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It governs your access to and use of our software, platforms, and related digital services (collectively, the “Software”).

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software strictly for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

This license does not grant you ownership of the Software—only the right to use it under these terms.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not, and will not allow any third party to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Sell, distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where permitted by law
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Software for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm, disrupt, or impair our systems or services

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software—including all content, code, design, trademarks, and logos—are owned by or licensed to AssetManagement.global.

The Software is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to infringe or misuse these rights.

4. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination:

• You must stop using the Software immediately
• You must delete or destroy all copies in your possession

We reserve the right to revoke access at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AssetManagement.global will not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

arising from your use of the Software.

If liability is established, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Software.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and complete information when required
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or misuse

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the Software or this Agreement at any time.

For material changes to this Agreement, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts.
